Congratulations to the 139 athletes who competed on Saturday 13th November -finally we got a Meet! Together you achieved a staggering 187 Personal Bests!!!!!!
Congratulations to you all on such a wonderful achievement. To be getting PBs so early in the season is really fantastic and we can’t wait to see what the rest of the season brings!
Here are the results…..
THANK YOU for the many helpers who put up their hands to learn new roles this week. We look forward to seeing you all again THIS FRIDAY at our Twilight Meet 5pm start, Program 3. Sorry no Tiny Tots on this Twilight. We require VOLUNTEER FAMILIES FOR SET UP / PACK UP PLEASE, simply turn up at 415 – 430pm to lend a hand! If you can’t get there early, we understand work commitments etc, please stay to help pack up so we can all head home at a decent time.
For those who have entered athletes in the Coles State Meet #2, held in Launceston this Saturday, you will be contacted shortly regarding your Official duty. If you are not assigned a duty then please ensure you volunteer on the day and list your name and CLAC on the officials sheet at the event. We are now receiving feedback from LATas in regard to each Centre’s Officials and volunteers and, although we already know CLAC pitches in, we want the official results to show as such :). Eg: at Coles State Meet #1 we had 40 participating athletes and 9 Officials.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED IN CLAC:
We are holding an OPEN CLAC COMMITTEE MEETING tomorrow night (15th Nov) 7.15pm for 7.30pm start in the changeroom area. We would love to see as many faces as possible. Contact us if you would like a copy of the Agenda.
GO CLAC!
