SET UP / PACK UP ROSTER FOR CLAC AGE GROUP PARENTS:
This year we will organise Meet Helpers by age group so we have a wide variety of parents that can help with all the needs that have to be met to have a smooth meet. List Below.
Please ensure you turn up ready to help Set Up by 7.30am. Set up requires you to take appropriate equipment to the field sites and help set up the track tent and equipment.
Canteen/BBQ help is also required each week. We do love regular volunteers for the canteen so please let us know if you want a slot here every week or two – there are various tasks in the canteen over the Meet with differing time allocations so chat with a committee member and choose your role (early prep/bbq/serving/clean up).
If you cannot fulfill your duty on the date provided, please speak with others in your age group to ensure roles are covered.
If we do not have enough help for set up our Meets will not start on time.
Pack up requires you to stay behind and pack up any materials required to lock up in the shed.
Committee Members are at every set up and pack up – please ensure you help them out when you are rostered on.
