We can’t wait to welcome new and returning athletes for another fantastic season of fun, fitness, and friendly competition.

Who Can Register?

Under 6 (born in 2019) to Under 15 (born in 2010): $175
Tiny Tots (born in 2020, or 2021 with an older sibling also registered): $75

Whether your child is just starting out or is an experienced athlete, Clarence Little Athletics Centre is the perfect place to develop skills, build confidence, and make lasting friendships.

We are thrilled to announce that the 2024/2025 Little Athletics season will officially kick off on Saturday, 5 October at Clarence High School! Whether you’re a returning athlete or new to the track, this season promises to be filled with fun, fitness, and fantastic opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Why Little Athletics?

Little Athletics is all about getting kids active and involved in sport. It’s a fantastic way to build physical skills, make new friends, and develop a love for athletics. From running and jumping to throwing, there’s something for everyone—regardless of skill level.

💥 First meet this Saturday!! 💥 Lots of important information below, please read!We're commencing with a modified Program 2 for our under 6 to under 15 athletes. Tiny Tots, your season starts on the 19th.Returning athletes, register NOW so that we can print your bib, and you get your results for the first meet.New athletes are welcome to come along for a free trial or two. Just turn up on the day, listen out to your child's age group, and join in! (The age group is your child's age at the end of the year, +1. ie. turned 6 this year, or will turn 6 this year, then age group is under 7, etc) Note, new athletes won't have their results recorded until registered and in our computer system.💥 We are conducting our first two meets on a slightly different space while council complete the season regeneration of the top oval. We will have all the field events on the usual bottom oval, while our track events will be held behind the school. Please refer to the map. Because of this, we are running a slightly reduced program for the first two weeks, with just sprints on the track. The full offering, making use of the top 400 metre oval, commences on 19th October. This will require a bit of juggling for the first two meets by the committee, athletes and families, so we ask for your patience while we make it work. 💥Sorry, no visiting athletes from other centres for the first two meets.No canteen for the first two meets.Uniform sales from 8am, until events get under way. Card only. Parents/carers, come ready to rake a sand pit, measure a jump or a throw, help kids to line up and wait in turn. Under 12 and Under 13 athletes, registrations are now open for the LATas Coaching Camp this summer!Nominations for the 2025 Talent Advisory U12/U13 Coaching Camp are now open! This year's camp is running from the 2nd to the 5th of January 2025 at Camp Banksia.All of our U12 & U13 athletes for the 2024/25 season are encouraged to attend what will be another fantastic coaching camp. The athletes who attend camp receive coaching in 5 chosen events from some of the state best coaches.
